About me
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a person-centred foundation. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can bring whatever is troubling you, without judgement or pressure.
My background includes many years of working with people through voice, creativity, and personal development, alongside my therapeutic training and practice. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, relationship issues, grief, stress, and life transitions.
My practice is informed by an attachment-based psychotherapy, alongside a relational and body-aware approach to therapy. I am interested in how our experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns shape the way we relate to ourselves and others, and I work with an awareness of the connection between mind, body, and emotions.
I believe that therapy is not about being given answers, but about creating the conditions in which greater understanding, self-acceptance, and lasting change can emerge. My aim is to work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you, helping you reconnect with your own strengths and resources.
