About me

I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and fertility counsellor, based at The Practice on Great Portland Street in London. I hold an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling, an MA in Psychology, and specialist training in fertility counselling through BICA. Before training as a therapist, I worked for five years at Action for Happiness, which shaped my deep interest in what genuinely supports people to live well. I work integratively and creatively, tailoring my approach to the individual — drawing on a range of frameworks depending on what each person needs. I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and cultures, across a wide range of life circumstances and concerns, including fertility challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships, and loss.
