About me

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, having received my training from WPF and Tavistock Relationships (formerly TCCR). I am a committed member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring adherence to their strict code of ethics.

In my private practice, I work with both couples and individuals, offering both long-term and short-term, once-weekly therapy sessions. My psychodynamic approach provides a safe environment for clients to explore their difficulties, identifying and addressing recurring patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and addictions.

I am the driving force behind Dulwich Psychotherapy, a distinguished private practice in South East London specialising in long-term, face-to-face, and online psychodynamic psychotherapy, I have supported countless individuals and couples in achieving profound personal growth and relational well-being.

As the founder of South London Therapy Group, I established a thriving psychotherapy community in Peckham. I successfully manage three therapy rooms, offering psychotherapists, counsellors and coaches a nurturing environment to provide exceptional care. For those unable to attend face-to-face sessions, I also offer appointments via Zoom.

My journey into psychotherapy represents a significant career shift. I transitioned from a successful corporate career in advertising and publishing to psychotherapy. With a postgraduate diploma in Publishing and Communications from Harvard University, My corporate tenure spanned from 2000 to 2015. I progressed from a web designer to the head of user experience, working across diverse sectors including retail, publishing, banking, and consultancy in New York and London.

I embarked on my psychotherapy career after qualifying from Tavistock Relationships in 2015 and have been dedicated to my private practice in South London since then. My practice, including three therapy rooms, serves as a hub for myself and a network of approximately 20 therapists.
