I am a degree-qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, and coach, and the founder and CEO of Therapy Kensington. I created Therapy Kensington with a vision to make high-quality, compassionate therapy available to those living and working in London. I offer face-to-face sessions in Kensington and on Harley Street, as well as online via Zoom. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches — including Person-Centred therapy, CBT, and Psychodynamic therapy — tailoring my work to each client’s goals and circumstances. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, and trauma. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to explore whether we might be a good fit.
