How I can help

Luka brings a wealth of experience from his work across NHS, community and private settings, and has been deeply influenced by the courage and resilience of the people he has accompanied since 2009. He spent several years in a specialist NHS “personality disorder” service, working alongside individuals living with long-standing emotional pain and the effects of trauma – experiences sometimes referred to in medical circles as BPD, EUPD or complex PTSD. During this time, he provided team-based DBT and trauma-focused therapy. Prior to that Luka also worked within primary care services, where he helped people navigate depression, anxiety and phobias through CBT-focused interventions and other talking therapies. During this time, he also facilitated the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Depression programme and led psycho-educational workshops for both patients and NHS staff. Now in private practice, Luka offers therapy, supervision for therapists, personal development retreats, and bespoke workshops and training.
