About me

Originally from Nigeria, I have a mixed tribal and religious heritage, and I’ve lived and studied the majority of my life in the UK.

I worked in advertising for the 25 years and I’m currently working as a psychotherapist at The School of Life and in private practice.

I work with adults (18+) offering both short and long-term sessions depending on client need. I am experienced in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, shame, gender dysphoria, bereavement and grief, addiction, self-loathing and feeling marginalised due to race, gender or sexuality.

I am also a clinical supervisor in training and I currently offer a low cost clinical supervision.
