I have over 20 years experience working in private practice, the NHS and with various training institutions and charities. I work with both individuals and groups and have undertaken a variety of different trainings which allows me to work pluralistically and to adapt to what the client might bring to the work. I aim to create a relationship within which the client and I can work together creatively on arising issues. The number of sessions can be time limited (for example 10 sessions) or open-ended.

Prior to training as a therapist I worked as a lawyer. I have many years of experience as a senior manager within the charity sector as well as working as a trainer for psychotherapists and counsellors and a management and work coach.
