About me
I’m an Artist, Therapist and founder of an Art therapy CIC.
I have 20 years experience working in the community and this has taught and informed my humanist approach.
I’m trauma informed and believe that finding hope is key to getting well again.
I’m a seasoned swimmer in open water which offers a quite reflective space to grow.
This I believe the seed to healing is planted.
