I have over 230 hours of supervised clinical counselling experience, supporting clients with anxiety, low mood, bereavement and loss, relationship and family difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm and life transitions. My integrative training enables me to draw on different therapeutic approaches, tailoring counselling to each client’s individual needs while placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of our work. Before qualifying as a counsellor, I worked in education and childcare, gaining valuable experience in understanding and supporting children, parents and families. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, have completed safeguarding training and maintain professional indemnity insurance.
