About me
I specialize in supporting children, adolescents and adults processing and healing Trauma, dealing with Work-related Anxiety, Modern Relationship challenges, Family dynamics, Stress, and Self-esteem issues. I am also offering parenting support sessions.
My approach is grounded in the belief that movement is our first form of communication and can be a powerful tool for expressing emotions when words fall short.
My practice is centred on helping You connect with your body and emotions, build resilience, and find clarity during times of stress and change. We’ll explore your inner world creatively, reflecting on your experiences in a way that supports your unique needs.
