About me

I am a qualified psychoanalytic psychotherapist and Senior Lecturer at the Tavistock and Portman NHS trust. I offer a reflective and safe space where we can explore, together, the relational patterns that may be contributing to an unfulfilled life. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change and personal growth come from understanding the ways in which we relate to ourselves and others.

I am passionate about helping you recognise unhelpful patterns that may be limiting your potential, and supporting you in finding new ways of being. While starting therapy can feel a difficult decision, I offer a strong therapeutic alliance to help you settle into this process and begin to make use of what is often referred to as the “therapeutic space.”
I have many years of experience working in both private practice and the public sector. In addition to clinical work, I hold several teaching and supervisory roles, which continue to inform and enrich my practice.
