How I can help
I hold a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), where I hold Accredited Relationship Therapist status. My integrative training draws on humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational approaches. I have undertaken further professional development in Imago Relationship Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Systemic and Attachment-Based models, and working with Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and LGBTQ+ relationships. Prior to private practice I worked within community and clinical settings supporting couples and individuals facing communication breakdown, infidelity, intimacy and desire challenges, family conflict, and the impact of stress and trauma on relationships. I now work exclusively in person with couples and people in diverse relationship structures from rooms in Pimlico, Kensington, and Angel providing a confidential, collaborative space for reflection, repair, and growth.

About me
Something isn’t working in your relationship, and you can feel it. Maybe you’ve grown distant, had the same argument too many times, or you’re wondering whether you still want the same things. Perhaps intimacy has faded, desire has shifted, or conversations about sex feel too difficult to have. You might be trying to make sense of betrayal, navigating a non-traditional relationship structure, or simply struggling to be heard by the person who matters most to you.
Whatever has brought you here, I can help. I’m an integrative psychotherapist and Registered Relationship Therapist (NCPS) specialising in couples and relationship therapy, working in person across London in a warm, inclusive space where both partners feel genuinely seen.
I work integratively, drawing on Imago Relationship Therapy, the Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Psychodynamic thinking, tailoring each session to what you actually need. In practice this means exploring the patterns that have developed between you, understanding how your individual histories shape what’s happening now, and building practical tools to help you communicate more effectively.
I work with couples and people in diverse relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ relationships, non-monogamous and polyamorous partnerships, and those navigating separation or major life transitions. My practice is affirming, sex-positive, and free from assumption about what a relationship should look like.
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly in person at private rooms in Pimlico, Kensington, and Angel (all easily accessible by public transport).
My role isn’t to take sides or decide outcomes. It’s to help you slow things down, hear each other more clearly, and make sense of what’s really happening between you…so you can decide together what comes next.
