About me

My psychotherapeutic work spans the NHS and private practice.

Our work together will help you to think about the feelings you have about yourself – and other people – particularly family, friends and colleagues. I will help you to face issues and causes, often from long ago, which may be weighing on you, or unknowingly affecting your relationship with yourself and others.

Together we will look deeper into your unique experiences, perspectives, problems and worries and together we will do the work of processing emotions.

I will gently invite you to explore all the parts of you – both the positive and the things on which you would like help and support. By facing things, you will be able to see patterns, work through issues, become more resilient and move forwards in life.

I offer clients a free 15 minute phone call before booking a consultation. This is not a session, but it allows me to answer any questions you may have.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me.

Summary of Experience

I am an experienced psychotherapist working across both the NHS and private practice, supporting adults who want to better understand their emotions, relationships and patterns in their lives. My work focuses on helping you explore how your feelings about yourself and others, including family, friends and colleagues, may be shaped by earlier experiences that still affect you today. In a confidential and supportive space, we will think together about your concerns, process difficult emotions and gently explore the different parts of yourself, including areas where you may want support or change. This work can help you recognise patterns, develop greater resilience and move forward with a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships. I offer a free 15-minute phone call before booking a consultation so you can ask any questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
