How I can help
I offer short and long-term therapy, using psychological models with a proven track record, to address anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, workplace stresses, addictions, trauma and grief. The feedback I get from clients is that I am approachable, knowledgeable and ethical. My working style is collaborative and practical. I can create a safe space and will listen to whatever you may bring into the session.

About me
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I draw on cognitive, compassion-focused and psychodynamic models to provide individually tailored treatment plans.
I have worked in the NHS , in private practice and for mental health charities for over 20 years. I have worked in GP surgeries, care homes, treatment centres and Harley Street. I have worked with children, adults, families and carers.
