About me
I offer a reflective, culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive therapeutic space. I’m committed to affirming diverse identities, including race, ethnicity, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergence. Over 12 years, I’ve worked with depression, anxiety, childhood wounding, PTSD, relationship difficulties, mixed-heritage and cross-cultural experience,, sexuality, gender, life transitions, and more. I’m also a UKCP-accredited supervisor, lecturer, trainer and group facilitator. I previously worked in the fields of creative writing. My first MA was in English Language and Literature at Oxford University.
I offer a free 15-minute initial Zoom/phone consultation, and an initial sessions at a one-off fee of £70 for individuals, and £80 for couples. There’s no obligation attached. Both are a chance to see if we’re suited to work together.
