How I can help
Hello, I’m Marzena. I’m an integrative psychotherapist supporting women through trauma, loss, life transitions, and deeper personal exploration. My approach is relational, depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, integrating EMDR, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic principles. Together, we gently uncover patterns shaped by earlier experiences, supporting insight, self-compassion, and conscious choice.

About me
I work with women who are ready to turn towards themselves with curiosity and care, to understand what lies beneath the surface and begin relating to themselves in a more grounded and compassionate way. This process supports not only insight, but also a deeper sense of stability, self-trust, and long-term transformation.
I offer a calm, empathic, and thoughtfully held online space where all parts of you are welcome. We work at a pace that feels right for you, allowing deeper awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful, lasting change.
