How I can help
Hi, I’m Meghan Fitzpatrick, an MBACP-registered Therapist and Coach, and Host of the Career Congregation podcast. I work with individuals navigating significant life transitions, including career changes, relocations, relationship shifts, identity questions, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is integrative and relational, combining psychotherapy with coaching and practical, solution-focused support to help you better understand where you are now and take clear, grounded steps forward. A core part of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself and your intuition — because no one knows you better than you. I explore these themes through my work and writing, with a focus on career, therapy, healing, relationships, personal development, and wellbeing. I work with clients globally, with borders not restricting the work I do. Most sessions are online, with occasional in-person availability in London and Dublin (see schedule for details). My work is informed by my lived experience of growing up between cultures. I had an expat childhood as an American, growing up just outside of London and attending an international school in Surrey, which exposed me early to different perspectives and ways of living. Since then, I’ve lived and worked across multiple countries and understand what it’s like to navigate life between places, including the practical and emotional complexity that can come with it.

About me
I work integratively and relationally, blending my training as a therapist with coaching tools where helpful. I work best with people who are ready to engage honestly with themselves and take responsibility for the areas of their life that are no longer working. I often support individuals and expats navigating relocations, career transitions, relationship changes, identity questions, and periods of uncertainty or reassessment. I offer a free 30-minute consultation so we can explore whether we are a good fit.
