About me

I am a psychodynamic and psychosexual relationship therapist with an MA and accreditations from BACP and COSRT. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating sexual difficulties, relationship distress, intimacy problems, and questions of desire — including those in open relationships, polyamorous structures, and other non-traditional forms of partnership. I practise through The Couple Consultancy, and I also run The Polyam Practice, which offers a dedicated, affirming space for people exploring non-monogamy. My approach is depth-oriented and relational: I work slowly and carefully with what lies beneath the surface, bringing genuine curiosity to each person’s experience without judgement.
