About me

Hello, my name is Paul, and I’m a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist who helps clients navigate personal and professional challenges.

Before training as a therapist, I worked for 20+ years in finance – on trading floors in The City and New York – and business development, which helps me understand the demands of high-performance corporate environments.

When our lives, relationships or jobs don’t go as we want, it can be frustrating and upsetting. This may lead to stress, feeling down, depression, or burnout. Speaking with a therapist can help us understand our thinking patterns and find a way forward.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and depression
Stress and burnout
Addiction and trauma
Relationship difficulties
Career transitions and work-related challenges

Being an integrative psychotherapist allows me to use various therapeutic methods to tailor the process to your specific situation. We can explore how past experiences shape your current behaviours and relationships while also address present challenges to help you align with meaning and purpose.

I believe you have the right answers within you, therapy helps to uncover your answers. No matter how stuck you feel, together we can help you gain a fresh perspective, foster personal growth and find a way forward.
