About me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying experiences that still affect you today, therapy can offer a space to make sense of them.

I’m a BACP-registered counsellor offering therapy in English and Spanish, online and in person in London Bridge (SE1) and Greenwich (SE10).

I provide diversity-affirming, trauma-informed counselling for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ identities, new masculinities, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.

I believe that when we begin to understand our story (what shaped us, why certain patterns keep showing up, and where our pain comes from), something gently softens. Then, you begin to relate to yourself with more kindness, clarity, and compassion. Therapy can be a space where your story starts to make sense again.

I may be a good fit for you if…

(You might recognise yourself in just one or two of these. That can be enough to start a conversation.)

You’re looking for support with anxiety, depression, stress, or emotional overwhelm and want to feel calmer and more grounded.
You are LGBTQIA+ and want an affirming space where you don’t have to explain, defend, or shrink yourself.
You are ADHD or neurodivergent and feel like your mind swings between “200 tabs open” and complete shutdown, and you want someone who understands that.
You’re living with low mood, grief, or sadness that affects your confidence or relationships.
You’re exploring self-worth, boundaries, family dynamics, or cultural identity and want to feel steadier and more connected.
You’re a creative person who’s tired of burnout, self-doubt, or perfectionism getting in the way of your ideas, energy, or expression.
I currently have some availability for new clients, and you’re very welcome to get in touch to check options or ask questions, even if you’re unsure or just exploring.

What therapy with me can feel like:

Therapy with me offers a space where you can simply be yourself, without the need to perform, pretend, or hide.

It’s a space to understand what you’ve been through and what you need now, and to explore that together, without judgement or pressure to be “okay”.

You might notice:

Your thoughts and feelings begin to make more sense.
The inner noise softens, and there is more room to breathe.
Small, steady steps that help you feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded in daily life.
A growing sense of clarity, self-esteem, and emotional balance.
My approach to therapy:

I work in a way that honours your pace, values real connection, and listens to what your body and emotions are trying to say.

My approach is:

Gentle: we never rush what needs time.
Relational: Therapy is most powerful when it feels like a real, human connection.
Body-aware: emotions often live in the body before words arrive. If you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, sadness, or overwhelm, this way of working can help you find steadier ground.
If you’re looking for a therapist who celebrates diversity and works with compassion, creativity, and depth, I’d love to hear from you.

I offer counselling in London from therapy rooms in Greenwich (SE10) and London Bridge (SE1), as well as online sessions across the UK. Many of my clients come from areas including Canary Wharf, Deptford, Bermondsey, Southwark, and the wider London area.

Summary of Experience

I am a BACP-registered counsellor offering therapy in English and Spanish, both online and in person from rooms in **London Bridge (SE1) and Greenwich (SE10)**. I provide **trauma-informed, diversity-affirming counselling** for adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, low self-esteem, and questions around identity, relationships, and life direction. My work is based on the idea that when we begin to understand our story, what shaped us and why certain patterns repeat, we can start to relate to ourselves with greater clarity and compassion. I offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and find steadier ways of coping and moving forward.
