About me

I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor based in Balham, South West London. I practise with a neuro-affirmative stance, taking a strengths-based, non-pathologising approach to neurodivergence and treating differences in how people think and feel as valid human variations rather than deficits.
Before retraining as a counsellor, I spent over 30 years working across various industries, which gives me a grounded, practical perspective. I have particular expertise in bereavement and loss, and bring both professional training and genuine personal depth to my work.
