About me
I’m a psychotherapist working online with women across the UK who have always taken on responsibility for others. Many of the women I work with have learned to keep things running, avoid conflict and put other people first, but over time this starts to feel exhausting and difficult to sustain.
In our sessions, we focus on the patterns that show up in your relationships and how they’ve developed. We look at why it feels so hard to say no, where the guilt comes from and how these responses have made sense in the past.
The work is about helping you notice what’s happening in the moment and gradually shift how you respond, so you can have clearer boundaries and feel less responsible for everything around you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold CPCAB diplomas at levels 4 and 5 in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and have been in practice for 9 years.
Summary of Experience
I work with women who were always the responsible one and are now finding it hard to say no without feeling guilty. They often feel overwhelmed, take responsibility for other people’s needs and are starting to feel resentful. In our work together, we make sense of these patterns and help you respond differently, with clearer boundaries and less pressure.
