About me

As an integrative BACP registered counsellor, I place the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work. I support adults with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and burnout, tailoring my approach to your individual needs in a warm, trusting space where you can move at your own pace.

Whether you’re taking your first step into therapy or returning after previous counselling, you’re welcome here. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space, informed by both professional training and lived experience of neurodiversity, burnout, and anxiety. Online sessions allow you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
