About me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist based in Farringdon, London, with over 15 years of experience in private practice and the NHS. I specialise in addiction, eating disorders, early years trauma, and couples therapy, and work with both individuals and couples to explore the deeper dynamics that shape our relationships, behaviours, and emotional lives. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from transpersonal psychotherapy, psychodynamic work, client-centred therapy, compassion-focused approaches, and Internal Family Systems. Sessions are available face to face in Farringdon (EC1) or via Zoom.
