About me
I was drawn to counselling through a genuine desire to support young people who may be struggling but don’t always have the space or support to talk things through. I’ve always felt that being truly listened to can make a real difference, especially during the years where emotions, identity, and relationships can feel overwhelming or confusing.
Working with children and young adults has shown me how important it is to create a safe, calm space where they feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgement. I’m passionate about helping them feel seen, understood, and supported at their own pace, in a way that feels natural rather than forced.
I particularly enjoy supporting young people as they build confidence, make sense of their emotions, and begin to trust their own voice. For me, counselling is about connection and trust — helping someone feel less alone and gently supporting them as they find their way forward.
I care deeply about the work I do, and I feel privileged to be part of someone’s journey, no matter how big or small the step forward may be.
