About me
I work as an integrative therapist, adapting my approach to each client’s individual needs. I am also qualified to practise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which can be helpful for issues including panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive experience working with issues of abuse — including sexual, emotional, physical, and financial — as well as relationship and family difficulties, anxiety, depression, addiction, and work-related stress. I also have a particular interest in issues of identity and cross-cultural and mixed-heritage relationships. I am happy to have an initial phone conversation before we begin. I hold a current enhanced DBS clearance.
