About me
As an HCPC and BPS registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I bring a pragmatic and down-to-earth perspective to therapy. While my background in the global financial sector allows me to offer specialised support for corporate resilience and high-pressure burnout, my practice is open to anyone navigating the broader complexities of the human experience.
I work with a diverse range of clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My integrative approach draws on CBT, psychodynamic, and existential therapies. I aim to offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you experience in your life. Whether you are seeking relief from a specific crisis, grappling with addictive behaviors, or feel stuck in your personal life, my goal is to provide insightful challenges and practical strategies that help you move towards a more authentic and resilient version of yourself.
