I am an Integrative Therapist with a specialisation in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT).
I support clients in working through emotional challenges by helping them identify and question unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier, more rational ways of thinking.
Alongside my therapy work, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer. I bring this perspective into my practice, recognising the close connection between physical and mental wellbeing. I often encourage clients to pay attention to factors such as balanced nutrition, good sleep, and regular movement, as these can play an important role in supporting emotional health.
