My approach is practical and structured, helping you understand how thoughts, beliefs, and reactions can lead to anxiety, low mood, and low confidence — and, importantly, how to change them. I use Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), a form of CBT focusing on developing emotional resilience and lasting change rather than short-term reassurance.
Having experienced anxiety myself, I know how consuming it can feel — and how empowering it is to find your way through. That experience helps me bring true understanding and authenticity to my relationship with every client. Training: 6 Years Diploma in CBT and REBT Therapy Degree/Diploma: Advanced Diploma
