About me
Do you feel stuck in anxious overthinking, constantly questioning yourself, or worn down by stress and a harsh inner critic? You may know your worries don’t always make sense — yet they still feel overwhelming and hard to switch off.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and low self-esteem, who want practical ways to break unhelpful thinking patterns, feel more confident in themselves, and regain a sense of control, calm and balance in their lives.
My approach is practical and structured, helping you understand how thoughts, beliefs, and reactions can lead to anxiety, low mood, and low confidence — and, importantly, how to change them.
I specialise in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), a form of CBT focusing on developing emotional resilience and lasting change rather than short-term reassurance.
Having experienced chronic anxiety myself in the past, I know how consuming it can feel — and how empowering it is to find your way through. That experience helps me bring true understanding and authenticity to my relationship with every client. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch to see whether we might be a good fit.
