About me
I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist based in London, working with individuals and couples. My approach focuses on exploring past experiences and understanding how they inform the present — including how patterns rooted in early life continue to shape your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today. I also present seminars for the public lecture and clinical training programmes at the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR). I offer both in-person sessions in North and East London and online therapy.
