About me
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor working online and with adults in Stevenage, North Hertfordshire.
I work with adults facing bereavement, a life-limiting diagnosis, caring responsibilities and other life changes. You may feel worn down, unseen, unsure of who you are now or be carrying a decision that feels impossible to live with. These experiences deserve time and care, without being rushed or tidied up.
Together we’ll go at your pace, and build a relationship that helps you to put feelings into words, find your own way of grieving, and speak to yourself more kindly. You may come to sit with anxiety, uncertainty or loneliness in a new way, and rebuild a sense of yourself and your place in the world.
Feeling heard and accepted as you are can make room for new perspectives to emerge. I will meet you with warmth and respect, valuing your individuality and autonomy. My experience as a hospice volunteer counsellor informs a calm, unhurried space; we can meet online, or in person in Stevenage, North Hertfordshire.
Short- and long-term work available.
