How I can help

If you look put together on the outside, but your low self-confidence, self-esteem problems, or perfectionism make life feel harder than it should I can help. I teach people to see what’s happening and how to change their patterns even if therapy hasn’t worked before. I work with people who describe themselves as outwardly successful or high achieving but who still feel like something is missing. This shows up as anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, family issues even when they’re often competent and doing well at work. The mismatch can be confusing and embarrassing and mean people find it hard to articulate what’s wrong.

About me

If I were writing a bad romcom (the type you’d watch on Netflix whilst eating a takeaway) I’d tell you that I quit my city job after the financial crash and left London to teach English and find myself before moving to an island that nobody had heard of to marry my university sweetheart and live by the sea. That after spending 15 years failing to find the answers in therapy, I decided to switch sides and train as a therapist myself. And that I finally found the answers I was looking for.
