I am an Integrative Therapist with eight years of training and experience supporting a wide range of clients. My work focuses on helping individuals address current difficulties in a supportive and respectful therapeutic space. I have experience working with issues including trauma, sexual abuse, alcohol and substance misuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, family and relationship difficulties, anger and behavioural struggles, and sexuality or LGBTQ+ related concerns.

About me
As an Integrative Therapist, my primary role is to provide support to individuals who are seeking guidance in addressing their current needs. With 8 years of experience in training and working with diverse client groups, I have gained valuable understanding and am well versed in assisting a number of client presentations such as: Trauma • Sexual Abuse • Alcohol & Substance misuse • Depression • Anxiety • PTSD • Family & Relationship issues • Sexuality/LGBTQ support • Anger & Behavioural struggles.
In addition I have acquired a professional therapeutic qualification in art psychotherapy, to enhance my practice.
My approach is centred on establishing a steady yet nurturing foundation, enabling me to tailor my methods to suit the specific requirements of each individual. I currently work with clients in person and remotely.
