How I can help
I am a person-centred, integrative humanistic therapist in private practice, offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. My work is guided by your needs, with a focus on supporting meaningful change through a safe and consistent therapeutic relationship. Alongside my clinical work, I am a tutor on a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and a qualified supervisor, supporting trainee counsellors in their development. I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including racial trauma, loss and bereavement, divorce, rejection, abandonment and sexual trauma, and I work sensitively with questions of identity and difference.

About me
I am a Person Centered, Integrative, Humanistic Therapist. In private Practice. I am empathic, kind, warm and supportive. In addition to this I am a tutor on a level 4 Diploma Course. I am able to assist trainee counsellors work towards their Level 4 Diploma in Counselling. I am also a qualified supervisor.
In addition to the above I also work with a range of clients experiencing issues such as racial trauma, divorce, loss, bereavement, rejection, abandonment, sexual abuse and trauma in general. I am able to work effectively with difference and identity issues. The focus of my work is to bring about therapeutic change. my work is centered on the needs of my client. Focusing on self and providing opportunities for the client to feel heard within a safe and secure therapeutic environment.
