About me

Whether you’re experiencing low self-esteem, relationship or family difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed, I offer person-centred counselling that provides a safe space for you to be seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges at your pace.

It is my hope that during your therapeutic journey, you’ll gain clarity, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself in a way you may not have experienced before.

How Therapy Can Help

Counselling is your time to explore whatever is going on for you with someone who offers compassion, support, and a safe, non-judgemental space. Even if you’re unsure where to start or what to talk about, counselling can be a helpful starting point — wherever you are in your journey.

I offer both in-person and online sessions on a long or short-term basis (depending on which is preferable for you).

If you are considering counselling, I’d be happy to arrange an initial consultation to see if we would be a good fit.

Summary of Experience

I offer person-centred counselling for people experiencing low self-esteem, relationship or family difficulties, or a general sense of being overwhelmed. My approach is warm, steady, and non-judgemental, giving you space to explore whatever is going on at your own pace.
