I am a UKCP registered and MBACP member integrative psychotherapist practising in Bloomsbury, Central London, and online. I trained at the Minster Centre and hold an MA and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy validated by Middlesex University.
I have a particular background in university and student counselling and bring a deep familiarity with the challenges of major life transitions, identity formation, and early adulthood. My integrative, attachment-informed practice enables me to work with a broad range of clients, offering a warm and thoughtful therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.
