I’m Sonia Jenner, a BACP‑registered integrative counsellor offering online and phone therapy to adults across the UK. My background includes supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, work‑related stress, and periods of transition or uncertainty, amount other problems.

My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. I don’t sit back in silence, I’m engaged, curious, and here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. I draw from person‑centred therapy, psychodynamic work, transactional analysis, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
