About me

A compassionate psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, relationships, and groups, offering a supportive and thoughtful space for healing and self-exploration. My work includes supporting people through bereavement and grief, trauma, abuse and neglect, family and relationship difficulties, workplace stress, race-based trauma, gender and sexuality and a range of mental health concerns.
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I believe in the importance of awareness, connection, and understanding how our past and present experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. I aim to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore their feelings, patterns, and relationships with greater clarity and self-acceptance.
With over 10 years of experience across a range of therapeutic settings, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups in both clinical and organisational environments. My background includes therapeutic work within the NSPCC, The Priory, and specialist eating disorder services, supporting people with complex emotional and relational difficulties.
Alongside private practice, I have experience in teaching, facilitating group therapy, and delivering consultation and training within corporate settings, particularly around wellbeing, stress, relationships, and mental health. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel supported, heard, and able to explore meaningful change.
