About me
Welcome. My name is Steve and I am a professional UKCP accredited psychotherapist. As a former co-ordinator of a respite sanctuary for the suicidal, Samaritan and peer support worker, I have years of experience supporting people in their trauma and pain. This has enabled me to be deeply present with you and to begin to explore ways for you to disentangle from your struggles and to reconnect with your inner joy, passion, creativity and your innate love of life.
My approach:
I offer a warm and compassionate approach. I provide a space for you to be completely yourself, regardless of what you are currently going through.
I meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
How I work:
In our work together, I offer a space of deep presence—where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I trust in your innate capacity for growth and self-knowing. My role is to walk alongside you: to hold space for what’s hard to face alone, and to support you in uncovering new possibilities for healing, change, and self-connection.
I am here to support you if you are:
– Yearning for a feeling of belonging and connection.
– Experiencing anxiety, depression and/or suicidal thoughts.
– Struggling in your relationships with friends and family – whilst also wanting to explore your most important relationship, that with yourself.
– Experiencing issues around trauma, co-dependency, low self-esteem and negative self-talk.
– Feeling lost and confused and frightened.
– Struggling with feelings of shame, guilt, anger, rejection, sadness and grief.
– Interested in exploring the wisdom of your dream world for personal growth and understanding.
I offer both online and in person therapy in Colindale and Golders Green, NW London.
