I have offered psychotherapy and counselling since1993.

I offer an effective and non judgemental Client Centred Therapy based on the work of the renowned psychologist Carl Rogers. I aim to be empathic and to truly understand you and the way you see the world.

In therapy with me you will be able to explore any issues or feelings you may want to address, at your own pace.

Being treated with respect and as the unique person that you are, within the therapeutic conditions that I will provide, will help you to grow, to better understand what troubles you and why. This therapy will create the potential for you to make any changes you want to make.

You will be likely to gain better clarity and self understanding, and greater self acceptance. You may come to understand what changes you might find helpful and hopefully will find life more satisfying.
