About me
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist trained in a number of different therapeutic models to enhance me working with children, young people, adults and couples. I want for you to feel confident and comfortable in your therapeutic journey with me. I help clients confront their past wounds by identifying and processing difficult, often buried feelings and thoughts. Together, we find healthy ways to experience these emotions using a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
