Alongside my counselling training, I bring experience from mental health and caring roles, which has shaped both who I am and how I sit with people in the room. I’ve seen how much people can hold while still showing up for others, and how easy it is for someone’s own needs to get pushed aside. This is something I feel deeply passionate about, creating a space where you don’t have to hold it all together, and where you can feel met as a whole person.
My way of working is gentle, attuned, and grounded in real human connection. I pay close attention to what is being said, and also to what might be felt or unspoken, working at your pace and following what feels important for you in the moment. I don’t see people as a set of problems to fix, but as whole human beings with mind, body, emotions, and inner experience all connected.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the healing power of being truly heard and understood. I aim to offer a warm, steady space where you can begin to make sense of things in your own way, reconnect with yourself, and feel more supported as you move through whatever life is asking of you.

Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, various CPD’s trauma and Body awareness certifications
I am a qualified BACP integrative counsellor working from a warm, relational, and humanistic foundation. My approach is grounded in person-centred values, with influences from Gestalt, solution-focused work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing me to adapt flexibly to each client’s needs. My experience has taught me the importance of a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, and I aim to create a safe, attuned space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns at their own pace. At times, I incorporate creative and experiential approaches, such as body awareness and visual tools, depending on what feels supportive for the client. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, bereavement, loneliness, work and relationship difficulties, women’s health concerns, and life transitions. I am also passionate about supporting carers and those in caring roles, recognising the emotional load and complexity this can bring. I offer both online and face-to-face sessions. My practice is holistic and collaborative, supporting clients to reconnect with their sense of self, navigate change, and build greater emotional awareness and resilience. I work gently and respectfully, meeting each person where they are, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
