How I can help

Let’s be honest – You are here because would like something to be different.

I want you to know that you are not defined by your struggles, and you do not have to face them alone.

I am here, I feel your pain, and it would be my pleasure to help you find a way through.

Hear this too, addiction is not a sign of weakness, and you are not “an addict.”

You are a human being who has found a way to cope, you have a heart and it needs some time, care and attention. In short, love.

So the fact that you are reading this, for me, highlights the hope you have, your courage and the readiness for change.

As Epictetus once asked, “How long are you going to wait before you demand the best of yourself?”

People often tell me that this line stopped them reading on because something in them already knew the answer.

You see, I believe that true transformation is not about what you do but more about who you are being and when we reconnect with our authentic self – who we were born to become before the all the noise of life got in the way, we rise above what we must, accept what we can and move forward with grace.

So see me more as a fellow traveller, as I’ve been down this road myself, where together, we will create a space for some truly open, honest and compassionate conversations to allow our pain to evolve into wisdom and our fear into faith.

We will celebrate what’s already working and where you are winning while appreciating you have everything you need inside you to live a life you actually want to wake up for.

About me

Hi I’m Tom, an experienced Psychotherapist and Behaviour Change Expert specialising in Addiction, Relationships and Emotional Regulation.

I believe that suffering, which we are all prone to, doesn’t come from what’s happening – but from misunderstanding what’s happening.

That people already have far more wisdom, resilience and capacity than they realise. And often what’s missing isn’t more effort, greater discipline or another technique – it’s time, attention, perspective, safety and space. In short, love. Because when those elements are present, people naturally begin to feel calmer, settled and more able to trust themselves.

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling liberated, grounded and knowing what to do next. And not because I’ve given them answers, but simply because they’ve simply found their own.

Thank you for taking the time to red my profile. I truly appreciate it and look forward to working with you x
