How I can help
I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Tulse Hill, South East London, working with clients from Brixton, Herne Hill and Dulwich. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s troubling you, whether that relates to current difficulties such as relationships, work or loss, or longer-standing patterns that feel harder to shift. My work includes both counselling and psychotherapy, counselling can support present-day concerns, while psychotherapy allows for deeper exploration of longstanding emotional patterns, often linked to earlier experiences. Having undertaken my own psychotherapy, I understand how significant it can feel to begin this process, and I aim to provide a safe and steady environment where this work can unfold at your pace. You are welcome to get in touch by phone or email to discuss your situation or arrange an initial meeting.

About me
I am Tilly Hawkins, an experienced and registered counsellor and psychotherapist based in Tulse Hill, South East London, SE24, located close to Tulse Hill, Brixton, Herne Hill and West and North Dulwich stations.
Please take a look at my website to get a greater understanding of the clinical service I offer. You are welcome to contact me by telephone or email to discuss your current situation, or to set up an initial meeting. All communication between us will be treated in confidence.
I provide a safe, calm and confidential environment, where you can identify, explore and work with issues that may be troubling or overwhelming you.
Through our therapeutic relationship, we will explore and develop new ways of approaching life; ways that are less compromised by past patterns that may have contributed to the struggles and suffering experienced in your present day to day living.
I offer both counselling and psychotherapy within my practice. Counselling often seeks to address present issues such as workplace issues, a relationship break-down or break-up or bereavement. Psychotherapy is designed to work on more complex and often deep-rooted issues that may stem from childhood. I too have undergone extensive psychotherapy so understand how difficult it can be taking that first step.
