How I can help
I work with people facing challenges such as anxiety, burnout, and life changes. I also have a particular interest in supporting addiction and recovery, and men’s mental health—areas where opening up can often feel especially difficult. Alongside my private practice, I facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds. I work in an integrative way, adapting how I work depending on what you need. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on for you and explore ways forward that feel right. My practice is based in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields (E1), close to Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street.

About me
My own experience of burnout led me to therapy, which had a profound impact on my life and ultimately brought me into this work. It means I understand how difficult it can be to reach out and begin.
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and talk things through at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
My approach is thoughtful, down-to-earth, and collaborative.
You might be managing on the outside, but inside feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected. Sometimes things build gradually, or something shifts, and it becomes hard to know what to do next.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
If this feels like it could help, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an initial chat.
