About me
My approach as a counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor is integrative and transpersonal. I draw on many different modalities and may incorporate the use of symbolism, creativity, dream work, creative imagination, body psychotherapy, artwork, or sandtray. With over 26 years of post-graduate experience, I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and parents. Sessions can be held in person in Stanmore (HA7), online via Zoom or telephone. I also offer supervision for trainee and experienced psychotherapists.
