How I can help
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering online therapy to adults in the UK and internationally. I trained clinically within the NHS and have over 10 years of experience in private practice. My work is grounded in a depth-oriented approach, exploring how early experiences and relational patterns continue to shape how we feel, think, and relate to ourselves and others. I support clients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. I am particularly interested in questions of identity, belonging, and meaning, as well as the experience of navigating different cultures, life stages, and transitions. I work in a thoughtful and collaborative way, allowing space for things to unfold at a pace that feels right. Alongside psychodynamic thinking, I draw on relational and narrative elements to help make sense of your experiences, process what may have been carried for a long time, and support a shift towards a more authentic way of being. I aim to offer a reflective and containing space where you can explore your inner world more freely, and begin to experience yourself differently over time.

About me
I have always been interested in the deeper layers of human experience—how we come to understand ourselves, where we find a sense of belonging, and what gives our lives meaning.
I value simplicity, connection, and creating spaces that feel grounding and nourishing. I am drawn to both psychological and more holistic ways of understanding ourselves, and this openness shapes how I meet each person in therapy—with curiosity, care, and respect for their individual experience.
