How I can help

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP) and a fully qualified, insured breathwork facilitator. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you, understand yourself more deeply and begin to make meaningful changes.

I work with adults aged 18+ and support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, addiction, bereavement, trauma and ADHD. I also have experience supporting people in 12-step recovery, as well as those struggling with codependency, a harsh inner critic and difficult family dynamics.

My approach combines person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. This means we can focus on what you’re experiencing in the present, while gently exploring how your past experiences and relationships may be influencing your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships today. We’ll work at your pace, without judgement, and with curiosity and compassion.

Alongside talking therapy, I’m also a qualified conscious connected breathwork facilitator. Breathwork can be a powerful way to support emotional regulation, self-awareness and deeper emotional processing. Where appropriate, sessions can incorporate breathwork alongside counselling, or we can focus solely on talking therapy.

I offer online therapy, in-person sessions in South London, and outdoor walk-and-talk therapy in nature.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect and explore what you need.

About me

I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important that you feel safe, comfortable and not judged.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in hospitality and lived in different countries, which helped me connect with people from all walks of life. I bring that openness, warmth and curiosity into my work today.
My aim is to create a space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what’s going on for you. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at your pace, helping you build self-awareness, resilience and a deeper understanding of yourself.
