Are you looking to change self-destructive habits? Be kinder to yourself? Do you want to understand why certain thoughts are bothering you? I specialise in working with young adults who need help navigating a challenging period of their lives. I have experience working with neurodivergent clients, people who deal with anxiety, depression, self-harm or have been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.
My core psychotherapy training is in Integrative Systemic Family Therapy, and I have additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Crisis Intervention, and Motivational Interviewing. I also have a Master’s degree in a Healthcare specialisation in addiction prevention and treatment.
Alongside my private practice, I currently work in a hospice setting, supporting individuals and families through emotionally complex and often challenging times.
I have almost a decade of experience working in mental health services.

DBT and integrative systemic psychotherapy
My main framework is systemic family therapy, which looks at how relationships may influence how you feel and behave. We explore patterns within these systems that may be affecting your well-being. I am also trained in DBT, so I can offer you skills to cope with emotions, stress or interpersonal situations. I am happy to teach you about mindfulness as well.
